Refund Policy - the basics

We offer full refunds if unsatisfied, we ask you send the product/products back to us for full refund or exchange and to please give 1-3 days for processing of refund and 5-10 business days for funds to be transferred back into your account. Products must be less than 1 cm used in order for a full refund. Preordered products are nonrefundable for they are perishable products.
